Law Office Of Christopher Shane

Reviews

I highly recommend Attorney Shane for any personal injury disability needs. He helped me through out the process from start to finish and answered all my questions pertaining to my case. His staff is very friendly and helpful and never left me hanging. He is on top of the case and very professional.
Let me preface this by saying that I've never felt anything was worth leaving a Google review for until now. He was my lawyer for some fairly serious charges and he was able to get them fully dismissed. He was very patient with us and quick to respond when I left a voicemail. One thing I really appreciated was that he gave all the available options and explained the various reprucussions without being pushy or overly suggestive on anything, ultimately making it feel like I was always the one steering the ship. The closed doors and missed future opportunities he was able to salvage for me can never be repaid and my family will be eternally grateful to him for what he's done for us.
After my husband's claim for social security disability was denied, the next step was to file an appeal in front of an Administrative Law Judge. We knew we were in over our heads, and we needed a strong advocate. Not only were we able to make an appointment quickly, Mr. Shane listened to my husband's case and from the start was engaged and focused. He was also truthful and honest that it would be a long process. He told us exactly what he needed. He was instrumental in getting copies of medical records that we had been unable to access. His experience, knowledge and determination navigating the complex system of social security is the reason I believe a favorable decision was rendered in my husband's case. We cannot thank Mr.Shane and his staff enough.
I am an injury client and Chuck Shane. He was my lawyer for auto accident that took over 2 years two years to settle. The initial DX of my accident was a fractured arm. During the course of my medical treatment over almost 2 years my primary care Doctor became concerned that my arm was not recovering properly, 6 months of physical therapy and no improvement on the pain and limited motion of my arm she ordered an MRI the results of which showed a separated shoulder and severe damage to nerves and tendons from the months of physical therapy that exasperated my shoulder injury. Chuck Shane was fully aware of all of this information. In addition to the missed DX the insurance company that he was negotiating with uses a computer program named collosus to evaluate claims. I warned Chuck Shane about this is and pointed out that the insurance company had no medical doctors on staff to personally review my records. For any injury lawyer I highly recommend that Chuck or any other lawyer who DOES NOT have experience with the insurance companies that uses colossus find one who does. Also look up collosus to be better informed on the practices your own insurance company uses they don't have a good reputation of dealing with their own clients any better. Chuck knew about colossus and my concerns but in the end he just gave up on me and when he scheduled mediation he settled with the insurance company lawyers that very day and although me and my family were initially suppose to participate in a video interview at mediation he completed the mediation and settled out as a simple fractured arm. To date I have had an extensive titanium surgical procedure that provided me with a new shoulder. Although I have my arm replaced the overall range of motion and pain will be a permanent part of my life.
HORRIBLE ATTORNEY H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!!! So, I worked for this man for 3 months ONLY I was his only employee and this was the most horrible experience ever so unprofessional with his clients and me. When I left I thought I was done with never having to deal with him or his business. BOY WAS I WRONG so, apparently he never reported my wages to the IRS and now I am filing a form 3949-A to report his "business." If he can fraud the IRS and take taxes from his employees but never pay his employee taxes to the IRS can you imagine what he does with his clients money. I highly recommend you find a reputable attorney and stay far away from this one.
