I used Chuck many years ago to help me with my business and he did exactly that. He was friendly, personable and extremely knowledgeable as he mapped out my options, explained about them to me in great detail, and he was reasonable with his costs. His wife was extremely helpful too running the office. I don't know the negative press, but from knowing Chuck, and his honesty with me, perhaps they just didn't understand just what he was trying to accomplish. He's very creative and likes to think "outside the box."
