I can't say enough about Clare. I used her to clear up a child support emancipation event and she truly knocked it out of the park. Clare was very clear with me while being empathizing with my situation. She did not at all try to pad her bill with me and was very responsive. Clare used logic to help guide me in my decision-making process and she did that to ensure I was aware of the risks vs the rewards. She could have easily just went and argued my issue and increased her billing. Clare did not do that. She knew my goals and kept them in the forefront of her mind. I have used a different attorney in the past but I knew I needed something different. Clare was exactly that, and precisely what I needed. I am extremely happy and frankly lucky to have found Clare. She truly knew how to handle my case in and out and I couldn't be happier with the result. I would recommend Clare to anyone who is beginning the divorce process or needs to change an already agreed order.

She Agreed on my behalf to one hour per week supervised visits with my newborn without my knowledge or consent based on her PERSONAL belief that I was going to be found guilty in a criminal trial based on lies perpetrated by my child's father. Happy to be through with her. Don't trust this woman with your parentage case. She is inexperienced and she chose to believe opposing counsel and bet against her own client without making an attempt to familiarize herself with the details of the criminal case or conferring with the criminal attorney. It's been two agonizing years spending a hour per week with my child and of digging myself out of a hole she put me in, and I still paid her. I'd like to believe she had "good intentions" but there's a saying about where those roads lead. Stay far away from this woman with your custody case. Seek a second opinion.

totally screwed the pooch on my divorce case. I had to replace her with an actually competent lawyer who knows what he is doing. She had almost 0 communication skills. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a divorce attorney.
