We mistakenly hired this firm to represent us in a business law issue. Despite being told initially that we had a strong case, once the retainer was paid, we were treated as secondary to their other cases. They were frequently unresponsive to multiple emails and voicemails left in attempts to determine what was happening. It was quite frustrating. Many weeks went by. Ultimately, Mr. Whisenhunt reversed his position, saying we had no case at all. He even threatened to additionally bill us, despite little to no work being performed. I cannot recommend this firm for business law issues.
