To give a little bit more of an insight, I live out of state and needed an attorney for a divorce filed in Yavapai county. Given that I live out of state and have a job that demands a great deal of my time on top of other responsibilities I have, Dan and Ember did the work I hired them for without me needing to add more to my busy schedule. I let them take the lead and only needed to take minimal time out of my day to provide them with the information they needed by the deadlines they provided, and they took care of the rest. I will say if they need something by a certain date, make sure you provide it to them by that date. I couldn't be more pleased with the effort and dedication this team put into my case to ensure the best possible outcome and that I wasn't taken advantage of. I'm extremely pleased and hope this helped to give you some insight of why you don't need to search any further for an attorney because this team is the right team for you and is worth every penny. Dan is absolutely the best! We have had a long LONG 2 year battle with my ex husband for custody. Without sharing to much details of our case, let’s just say that it was a long emotional roller coaster. Dan was very kind, considerate and walked me through the process each day before court and made me feel comfortable to speak and helped me prepare emotionally for such a chaotic time in my life. Ember and Devin were always so kind and always showed a smile upon walking in. I wouldn’t of wanted a better team on my side. In the end after multiple times of our case getting pushed further and further along by my ex-husband we finally got a trial date, but after 2 years there was so much we needed to get in and was only given a 3 hour trial. We showed up, Ember and Devin had prepared my case so we’ll, had it in binders and sticky noted and highlighted and in 45 mins, Dan got 2 years of chaos in to the judge. He was to the point fast and in the end we got almost exactly what we wanted and asked for. Great team.
