Gervelis REALLY went out on a limb and worked SO hard to get my case settled, which they did, and nothing had to be dealt with in court. They kept me updated every step of the way and everyone there is REALLY nice. I DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone who gets into an accident because they don't play around and work EXTREMELY hard for their clients.

Our business paid the $30 fee for their Lawyer Referral Service on May 28, 2020, but no contact information for any lawyer was ever given to us, and our attempts to contact them over the past several weeks have just resulted in us being put on hold and then forced to leave a voice mail. We contacted several different phone numbers. We were never called back for any of the calls we left. This service is a scam and we will be getting a refund for this charge because we never received the services they were supposed to provide. Update: in regards to the response posted by the Akron Bar Association, I am attaching the emails we received on May 28. We did complete this order and were billed and received a copy of this confirmation. As of today, June 11, 2020, it appears they have double-billed us instead of refunding us. We are not happy with their response as it took us leaving negative reviews and contacting the BBB in order to get a single response from them and finally receive the information of a lawyer to contact. Read their other reviews, this was not an "oversight" due to COVID-19, that is an excuse they are attempting to use. We are not the first ones to have this happen to us.

I paid my $30 about a year ago and never received a consultation or my money back. Called to speak to the head guy who never answered the phone nor could you leave a message. Why hasn't anyone sued them or the BBB got on them for the $30 scam in which most people arent getting a consultation and they tell you no refunds.

Received a referral from ABA and first she never called. Then she the attorney gives us a bunch of run around nonsense. If I were you save your $ 30.00 dollar fee, and do the research yourself! They deserve a no star for their poor referral choice.

Waste of time and money, had to call and get a different attorney name because 1st one wouldn't return my calls. Second attorney I spoke to was very rude when I called back to see about retainer for eviction after initial consultation.
