Yes, it takes some time to see him, but he is an amazing physician. He genuinely cares about his patients. He will sit and listen to what is really going on. That's probably why his patients have to wait to see him, he takes his time to ???? hear out and truly listen to what we have to say. I'll never see anyone but Dr. Daniel Kellum Jr. God bless him and his staff.

When you have a set appointment and show up and are told the doctor is actually not in today???? unprofessional having to try and arrange for another day off of work is very difficult for some people! I adore Dr Kellum and have recommended him to many friends and family over the years. But the staff is in need of improvement for sure!

Everyone I deal with at Dr Kellum's practice is wonderful . Dr Kellum is generally interested in listening to his patients to provide the best care. I drive 30 miles to see him because I am treated well and not like a pay slip. That is priceless to me

Horrible experience! I have heard Dr. Kellum is great and was recommended to him. I met with a Nurse Practitioner my first appointment. I really liked her and was looking forward to being a patient. In the appointment she said that my insurance would cover a comprehensive physical. I needed to come in to get blood work done two weeks before, set my appointment for the physical when I got my bloodwork done, and come back in two weeks to get the physical and go over blood work results. I got my bloodwork done and set my appointment for the physical for two weeks later at 6:30am. When I got to the appointment, the lady at the front desk informed me that I was only scheduled to go over my lab results and had to pay a co-pay. I told her I was scheduled for a comprehensive physical and there is no co-pay. She said I should have had the physical when my blood was drawn and the physical was not covered. The nursing assistant took me back to a room and asked the general questions. She asked why I was there today and I told her for a physical and follow-up on my lab results. She informed me that I was supposed to have the physical on the same day I had my lab results and that the physical wouldn't be covered. I told her what the NP had told me about getting the lab work 2 weeks ahead of time. The NP I saw in my first appointment came to the room and said that she did not tell me that, because she knew that's not how it worked. She said I would have to schedule the physical for another day and they would be in at 8:00am. I told her that I already scheduled it two weeks ago and that is why I was there. I asked her, why does the Dr's office have incompetent (meaning unqualified) people working there, (meaning setting appointments). She said not to talk about the staff that way. I said that some of them are incompetent (unqualified) , and she said that we were not the right fit. I agreed, but was not seen by anyone to go over my lab results. As I was leaving I reminded her that some of the employee's are incompetent (unqualified). She said "like you", I said a choice word and left. Now, I know that I should not have said the choice word and I apologize for that, but I was pretty upset about the appointment. I am not happy with the service at Dr. Kellum's office. I had lab results that I wanted a Dr. to go over with me and they neglected to go over those results. She should have sent someone in the room to go over my results. I never received an apology about the wrong appointment being set up and being told the wrong information. I would not recommend this Dr. office.

Dr. Kellum is the most wonderful doctor and person in general! My family has been going to him for well over 10 years now and I wouldn’t see any other doctor ever again. He is compassionate and caring and looks out for all his patients health and well being. There is a wait sometimes to see him but it’s not bad and it well worth the wait to see such a wonderful doctor. I recommend him to everyone I come across who says they are not happy with their doctors. I would give him 10 stars if it would allow me to that how great of a doctor he is!
