Law Office Of Daniel Wilkinson

Reviews

I waited to do this review until our case wrapped up so I could give it the energy it deserves. Ron and Nate are the best attorneys I have ever seen. My husband and I have worked with several attorneys in the past for various reasons and we were so extremely impressed with them both. Nate is a wonderful attorney. He is extremely intelligent in writing and drafting documents. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He is always so willing to take a call and return our calls and was a great support. Ron is an incredible person and super star attorney. He has such a fun, happy demeanor that even when you are going through the hardest time, he had a smile on his face which somehow eases the stress of court. He is positive and also realistic. He is strong when he needs to be and soft when he needs to be, and he will fight for you. There were times he dropped everything to help us. He stayed after hours. He changed appointments. I know he is very busy, but we felt like he truly cared about us, and we felt so lucky to have found him. He is extremely savvy in the courtroom. He reads the client, the defendant, and the judge as well as opposing counsel and will actually switch what he needs to so he can adjust to what is going on. He is so sharp and would know what quick remark to make to a comment from opposing team to help our case. Ron knows the law better than anyone! He is amazing at what he does, and he and Nate are the best attorney team I have ever witnessed. The staff are amazing as well. Sara was so helpful when we needed things done quickly. She was quick to respond and very helpful. The front desk staff is very kind and good at what they do! After working with this team for several months I can assure you that you are in the best possible hands. Ron and Nate, we can’t thank you enough for fighting for us. Thank you for taking this long 4-year journey we had and helping us get these issues solved so quickly and efficiently after so many years!
I chose this firm (Ron Wilkinson) for my high conflict divorce. Unfortunately, this firm was extremely unorganized and missed some important deadlines with the court and had poor response times to the opposing counsel which caused them to file hearings. I would not hire this firm if you are looking for organization and professionalism. My advise would be to take your time to really find a good lawyer, they are harder to find than you think. (thankfully in the end, I found a great one) Good luck!
Ron and his staff did an amazing job on my case. Ron got me from no custody in 2019 all the way to 50/50 custody in 2023. His staff was always friendly and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to win.
Top Dollar for minimal effort. Ron was often in court and unavailable unless a call was scheduled a week in advance. When I approached him about his unavailability, he replied telling me was getting daily correspondence from his legal aid. I asked numerous questions that were left unanswered. The lack of legal guidance drew out my divorce and left me alone to make decisions I wasn't comfortable making. If you are looking for legal advice, Ron isn't your guy. If you are looking for someone to push paper work you can find a Lawyer at a lower cost. **Update on my review. I spoke with Ron and we went over some specifics from my case. It was unfair of me to neglect to mention the good parts of my experience with Heritage Law. My paralegal was kind and really showed up in her effort to help me. And when things got rough we were able to make it to a safe place. I switched Lawyers after I asked several questions that remained unanswered and I didn’t get the Response that I felt I needed to make educated decisions. When I switched Lawyers I did find one who was much more available and would jump on calls with me and I felt like he really put effort in knowing my case. Both wanted to push for mediation which is very expensive and where most cases end. You will have to pay for your lawyer fees and the mediator and it will likely take minimum half a day. In my case I needed advice and direction, and Ron didn’t fill that need. However, I did sit in court and I saw him in action, from what I could tell he is very competent and well versed. If you know your case is going to be a big deal and you need really good representation Ron will probably do great. If you need advice and someone to walk you through the process, I would look up Brown Family Law, they helped me find my other lawyer and the emails they sent me were the most helpful of all. Also, if you are required to take classes, take them early, those were super helpful as well. I wish I would have taken them earlier.
Ron is amazing at twisting facts, making a caring mom and her abused children out to be liars so the abusive father can have custody! Ron doesn’t care about the kids or the damages he leaves behind. The sad thing is, the judge and guardians believe him instead of the obvious evidence. Custody cases go on for years, delay after delay, leaving families hundreds of thousands in debt, mentally, emotionally and financially devastated. He rewrites the story so the truth is no longer there. He claims he is protecting the “wrongfully accused”, but the real victims continue to suffer. PS I am not involved in any “campaign against professionals”. I have just spent too many sleepless nights suffering along with a loving mother and her children experiencing this heartbreaking battle.
