My Corporation was a client of Elia Associates for two and a half years during one of the most extreme cases that anyone has heard of in the Canadian Condo scene. During this time, my Corporation, my fellow directors and myself, and the lawyers themselves were the subjects of lawsuits in Superior and Small Claims court by a disgruntled owner.
