If you’re looking for someone to actually fight for you and stand up for you in court, this is NOT your guy. Worst attorney I’ve ever met! My ex was harassing me and stalking me. David basically told me too bad. He yells at his secretary in front of everyone and just all around a bad guy. He will only take your money and not fight for you. Not an ethical attorney at all. Don’t waste your time or money. All he did was laugh in my face as I got raked through the coals. He’s NOT. Good man at all!

Save your money for a good lawyer this lawyer is trash! Very unprofessional and he’s at bodegas every other week drinking! He was a lawyer for me and another person and come to find out he was working with the lawyer against me. Save your money he’s unprofessional!

My experience with Mr. Martinez was excellent. He gave my case all the time and attention that was needed to be successful in court. He was a calming and confident presence during very difficult court proceedings. I never once was treated as anything other than a valuable client by Mr. Martinez & his team. I very much appreciate the knowledge and support I received through Norma, Jessica & Mr. Martinez himself. My experiences with Mr. Martinez were stupendous through and through. These people know their craft and walk the extra mile for you. I consulted with Mr. Martinez on two different occasions and each one of them was handled with utmost care and professionalism. I also appreciated working with people that care for you on a personal level instead of just handling you as a “case“. Highly recommend!! ??????????

Attn. David Martinez is a great and honest laywer. He has worked and helped my fiancé and we dont trust anyone else but him. The ladies in the front are always so helpful and have stayed patient with us every call Ive made.

Wouldn't recommend him to anybody!He is a thief he lost my case with my children. Stold my paperwork. He lied through out my case. Very unprofessional. He would say I needed to pay for additional things. And witnesses that were suppose to show up didn't but I was told the money wasn't refunded. He is a manipulative person. Don't waste your money nor your time. The worst experience of my life. They are very bad at getting in contact with you. They argue right back on the phone with you. I can name so much about this law firm. I can just imagine how many other people he has screwed over. He is not aggressive when it's needed. He just isn't fit to be an attorney. Who does this to people go ND hide paperwork. Who lies to there clients and says he is not in the office. But show up in bam he is sitting in his office. Mr David Martinez that's who. People don't waste your time your money. I'm sure there are other better attorneys out there. If I didnt have to press the star button I wouldn't he doesn't even deserve a like!
