The staff here was knowledgeable. They gently reminded us and nudged to help us get through the process. We actually used their services for two separate issues. One was a social security disability claim. I have known of others who applied and were denied - and they were completely disabled. Diane K Bross PC filed our claim and it was approved. I credit their office for getting our claim through so efficiently.

“Social security disability insurance benefits for adults disabled since childhood” that is what I’m trying to apply under. The receptionist wouldn’t listen to me and instead of taking 10 seconds to do a google search to see what I was talking about I got a 30 second spiel about how wrong I was. The lawyers may be great, but the support staff needs to work on actually listening to people instead of assuming.

I have nothing but wonderful feedback for Diane and her staff. They worked very hard for me and were really on top of my case. Everyone communicated wonderfully, were respectful, organized, and dependable. I would highly recommend this office and am incredibly grateful for them!

I did not go to a hearing as I voluntarily withdrew due to life-changing medical treatment and therapy being updated and committed to, by me, but up to the point where I was in my application this law firm was excellent.
