I went through Mr. Emerson for modification of my ex husband's custody and child support. My initial consultation with Mr. Emerson was very helpful. He helped calm my nerves and answer all of my questions. It was clear from the beginning he wasn't out to charge me an arm and a leg for unnecessary things. He took his time and I didn't feel rushed. Once I hired him, he spent time with me reviewing what I was wanting and my circumstances. From that point forward I mainly worked with his paralegal, Valerie, until our court date. Valerie was awesome as well. She answered all of my questions honestly. If she was unsure of something, she talked with Mr. Emerson and called me back shortly. On our court date, Mr. Emerson was able to get me everything I was asking for. It is clear he knows his stuff! He is also reasonably priced.
