Heugly worked out of price, Utah. My mom was a client of his. He stated non payment when they put her in a nursing home. He alone went after my mom's and my cabin in Fruitland Utah for 7,000 then took my name off the deed. I went to the title company and forced them to put my name back on the deed. I have documents where this crook went into the nursing home and had my mom sign paper work when she was heavily medicated. She died 3 days later and he becomes my partner. He was also the probate attorney for my mother and at given any time could have taken his payment from the sell of her home, bank accounts and assets but didn't. He has also been reprimanded by the state bar on other cases. My case with him is just getting started again.
