Very unprofessional law firm, both from the front desk, and the the lawyer. If you care about good customer service, then you should look for a second option. They don’t call you back, give you wrong information regarding their services, and zero communication between the front desk and lawyers. They simply don’t care about you as a client. Maybe their service was excellent at some point and maybe that explains the 4 star rating, but not now. If you want a good representation, then you should browse at other options.
