Ernie is the man ! He has beaten 2 cases for me and several other cases for my buddies , He is very professional and has great personality and a trustworthy lawyer, up forward as well and straight to point . He is known inside the walls of the system as well , plenty of individuals know Ernie and said he is the best to represent you in Kissimmee ,Which gave me a sign of relief . Apparently I had got in a bit trouble in orange and Osceola, Bonded out in Orange County on one serious charge (3rd degree felony ) , within 4 days out on bail a minor incident in Osceola county occurred and I caught a 2nd charge (1st degree misdemeanor) , upon my arrival for first court hearing my bond was revoked and set to none ($0 hold warrant) so I had to sit till my next court hearing which could’ve took months , but Ernie came to my aid and took both cases , less than 2 days he accept my cases , others had to sit 3-12 months with a public defender , and some 2-6months with a private lawyer just for a court hearing , Ernie had put in overtime for me as promised and got me a court hearing with 2 weeks and I just had to wait patiently for the next 2 weeks to past by until my court date , Within 3 weeks of my incident he had my Osceola county case dropped and out the window , now I just had to wait one more week for to hear what the outcome on my Orange County case was & He represented me in court and I was not present because Orange County did not want to transport me because lack of workers on there end , but praise the man above and Ernie because he was able to get me released on a ROR , and there I was getting released in just one month , the case was still open but he got me out that situation to be home and rejoice with my family and fight this case from the outside , now again he was still putting in overtime while I was home , after 4 months of hard work and determination, a motion to dismiss was approved and my case was closed in Orange County ! Not to mention he did all this in 5 months , beat 2 cases . I have a friend who had the same case as me and it took his lawyer 14 months to dismiss his case, Ernie did it all in 5 months .
