I hate to even be writing this because I personally know Mr Rodriguez. I would have expected to be treated fairly but I wasn’t. I have waited some time to review in hopes that he would make it right, but it won’t happen. I paid $1400 for a child support enforcement (easy peasy). My attorney fees were granted by the judge and guess what? He wouldn’t give me my money back. He stated when he gets his money from my ex husband, I will get mine. I truly had higher expectations of his values, which I now know better. Never will I use again.

We worked with attorney Jared Clark at The Rodriguez Law Firm, and had a very positive experience. He was very professional and worked quickly to resolve our case. He communicated with both my husband and I every day he received communication regarding our case, and would give use a weekly call to update us on the progress of our resolution. Wish I could score them with zero stars,but that isn't an option. I hired Osvaldo as an attorney he quickly pawned me off to Danille Rodriguez in McAllen in a larger law firm. Rodriguez law firm. I should have known that they as lawyers didn't know what they were doing when the judge was upset with Osvaldo and Danielle for not being prepared for court not because of my family we gave them everything they asked for in a timely manner. When making appointments with Osvaldo he is late or doesn't tell you he canceled and doesn't return your calls either. Needless to say after a year of fighting in court my family was losing miserably we fired them as our lawyers after 10s of thousands of dollars spent retaining them. We hired another attorney and I am happy to say that justice is being served after just a few short months the other person was found guilty can not say more as charges are pending. Sad to say that the 1st set of lawyers did nothing, but now the truth is being found out and justice is being done.
