I just started going here and everybody that works here are very nice and informative. They make you feel very welcome! They always answer their phone and they always call back if they need too. I highly recommend this place. My parents went here as well a while back and also had a great experience. They have been very helpful with everything so far. Treated badly by paralegal in his office. Rude unsympathetic to my medical situation. Had 2 neck surgeries since December. I'm self employed. Prior 2018 had hip and knee replacements . I'm a cosmetologist and permanent makeup artist. Unable to work,since pandemic virus now. Ask for refund since I haven't completed paperwork, as I was able to get a lawyer thru nevada civil rights pro bono. The paralegal Mike on 2 different occasions has spoken to me so unprofessionally condicending and demeaning . I just cant even belive he's in this law firm. Very disappointed that I have no choice in my current situation. As Mike told me I'd never get my money back .sorry he even answered the phone. I could forget it.
