I had a terrible experience with Gari. She did not move foward with my issue - which was so simple we ended up doing it ourselves! - she wasted my time with unneccessary meetings which she ended up billing me for - she insisted on a very large retainer up front and acted like the problem was insurmountable without extensive work on our part (one phone call fixed it) and many expensive hours on her part. In addition, we had to work very hard to overcome the negative impact of HER contact with the very agency we asked her to intercede with on our behalf (!!!). Extremely disappointed and wish I had taken my case anywhere else!
