We sought out assistance with Attorney Klob, but never got a chance to speak with him. We were put in touch with Aleksandra O'Kane who seemed absolutely, completely, uninterested in helping us out with our case with SSI. nWe feel even more alone and defeated than ever before. This was a bad reflection on Attorney Klob's office and we wouldn't recommend anyone else to use their services. I don't know if Attorney Klob was too busy for us, Aleksandra was too busy for us, if it was a cultural/racial difference, or just not an important enough or high profile case. Whatever the problem was, find another attorney. Don't use this firm.
