After getting taken to court for a wrongful eviction we had mediation because we had wanted to move out but the landlord refused to allow that (per the complaint to the state I was forced to write due to the fear they installed in us during the "random inspections" this landlord would pull, the landlord stated no we can't move out they will take us to court instead) these people stuck up for trying to evict someone over "a yard sign" and "a boat". Their lawyer not only tried to evict us from the WRONG ADDRESS but was awkwardly sitting there for a paycheck trying to evict a couple in the middle of January over a yard sign and boat we were told we could have. This person seamed very very new and unsure of themselves. I wouldn't trust these people for anything...like I said they couldn't even get the correct address in place. Good luck to anyone who pays them.

Made us look like fools in court. She filed paperwork that was expired, and Ghosted us for 2 months. The Judge scheduled the meeting that SHE was supposed to. Do not go here. We didn’t even get the lawyer we were supposed to initially meet with. If you want your case done efficiently and with integrity look elsewhere.

Watch out for the sharks over here they Assist local landlords with frivolous and wrongful evictions. I had the case dismissed with no attorney, they are not competent enough to even put the right address on a lawsuit.

You would get a better bang for your buck going with a state public defender than hiring joe Veenstra. Joe seems like his expertise would be better suited in a field like waste management or the guy that wipes down loads at a peep show.
