I had a horrible experience with Mr. Senoff. We met with him two times during mediation and got very accomplished. He then asked for a $5,000 retainer and 2 months later there were no correspondence. His office staff was not helpful, stating they couldn't speak with us directly. We resolved the problems on our own and when asked for the retainer refunded, only $1,400 was refunded. No explanation or copy of billing as to where the retainer was used and no reports were furnished. nnPoor unethical business practices.
