The individuals doing the case work do not seem to communicate with each other. nI don't believe the newly hired counsel very knowledgeable, issues with misprounouncing common words which may weaken your case or make communication during negotiation less effective. nIf you have a something other than immigration, consider other counsel.nnThe last lawyer I had was Deonte, and after several back and forth calls to the company we were negotiating with, it eventually became clear that he was a very ineffective communicator, and my case was suffering because of it. I had to move on to find another person who wasn't having as many problem with pronounciation or communication. After they had already collected my fee.
