After 2 years they finally called me because they reached a settlement and I was so happy that I was finally over. I went to sign the papers and Sean told me that the insurance company would pay for all my bills and the check would come in 3 wks. I even got a paper from the insurance company saying that they mailed the check to his office. Jan comes and I still haven't received anything...they gave me an appt for Feb and mr Carrillo tells me that the insurance didn't want to pay because of some issue and says that he might have to open the case. I call several times after that and they give me some "they're still negotiating" story. It's been 8 months since we reached a settlement and I'm sure he kept all of the money for himself. I went to this law firm because it was recommended to me but that lawyer is a fraud!

Did not have a great experience for my very first injury case. The incident happened in December 2022, the case was dropped in April 2024. No communication in between, no updates, and no follow up. I have to call and ask for follow up myself. Since this was my first time, I have no experience. But they want to give attitude when I ask and clarify questions, phrases such as "that JUST how it works." was not expected and out of place. A waste of my time and energy.

I would give him Zero star, I can. First met, he is caring and seem to be so nice to help you win the case. We won the case for a car accident, but once he had received the settlement check since Feb 2024. You will never ever hear or reach ahold of him again. He denied and ignored to contact you. I had tried to contact him numerous times, both calling his office and text him. No response! As of today, May 31st, 2024, I had never received my portion of the settlement. He is an untrustworthy lawyer who took your money and won't pay you as you had been told from the beginning.

This person is genuinely not interested in building relationships or setting up clientele. Time and money wasted with this attorney. After setting up Appointments he would fail to appear. Calls were made and he was never available. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere.

Haven't been able to make contact with Carillo since February, they took money and then did not complete the job. Now his license to practice is being investigated for discipline....this firm was a joke. I went through seven paralegals, a manager that did not respond ( when she did it was not true), and fees inflated two times from actual cost. I was going through one of the worst times in my life and they made it worse. They deserve zero stars. They say he is no longer there, I hope for the public's sake it's true. Update as of 7/9/24: He is in the process of being disbarred. This center is no longer open.
