I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism in my life. I was sworn at, insulted and bullied. He committed me to going to trial which wasn’t what I wanted. He did no discovery & failed to properly file court documents. He overcharged my credit cards and won’t refund the overcharge. He forged my signature on a court filing. He bullied me for additional retainer when there was still plenty in my account. After he blew a court hearing he cursed at me in the phone & “quit” after realizing he had severely stepped out of line. Of course … my “final invoice” showed he burned through my retainer claiming “phone calls, emails & discovery” that do NOT comport with my phone/email records & court documents.

I fired Mr. Graff after less than 6 months. He lied to me, repeatedly continued hearings for his personal vacations, and failed to do the most basic things required of a family law attorney like conduct discovery, respond to emails from opposing counsel, subpoena the key and only witness to show up to an evidentiary hearing, check the proper boxes on RFO forms, the list goes on. He holds his representation (if you can even call it that) hostage on money (demanding bi-monthly payments in the thousands) and he forces you to write online positive reviews of him. He originally told me that he just needed one month and 5k to finalize my divorce. My divorce was never finalized, and he has taken at least 15k from me in less than 6 months and still wants more after being fired and getting nothing accomplished on my case.

Mr. Graff provided myself and my family with down to earth honest and realistic expectations in the process of divorce and child custody. He helped reassure me that there is life after divorce and guided me quickly through the process of child custody and divorce. He was always very helpful and quick to respond to my many questions and concerns. If I had a problem he took action quickly to help relieve the suffering of myself and my son. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs family law help and wants a down to earth lawyer who is highly skilled in the field of family law. He helped our family more than I ever expected and was very reasonable.

Hi everyone, my attorney Jeff Graff has done a great job with my case !!!!! We are doing an exparte for the whole case !!!! Meaning nothing but dismissing the whole Case ..... nothing else will be done but dismissing the case. My husband of 27 yrs have worked everything out and have decided marriage counseling would be be the best for us . I am also in individual counseling for myself. I was in his office for all of 10 minutes. Because I had a few questions prior to leaving $4,000 to hire him he immediately became enraged and kick me out. He couldn’t even wear a clean shirt and tuck it in. Very rude.
