Don't know what is going on with Mr Winter, but I have been insulted and accused of being disrespectful because I ask to speak with what I thought was my attorney? I would like to know one or two conversations on almost a year isn't acceptable.. Wish Jeff the best in his practice. In my opinion he should consider retirement.
