John and his staff made every step of our closing easy. I was never left waiting for an answer to a question. Absolute pleasure.

I have been in the mortgage business for 30 years and do not recommend this law firm. John and staff are not professional and kept information from me. Was not until the closing did I find out.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: Just sold my house located in Queens NY. I hired John Burke for my closing and he did a great job. Very professional, and knowledgeable .He always answers emails and phone calls promptly. He handled several issues I had with the City of NY. His staff, Michelle and Mary were also very attentive and professional.

Excellent and professional legal service. Calls or emails were responded to promptly by him personally or his staff. Representation throughout the sale of my home to the closing was outstanding, this attorney knows his stuff. I recommend using this firm.

I never typically write reviews like this, however, in this instance I believe it is warranted. Unfortunately very disappointed with the service or lack thereof provided to me. As a first time home buyer, I expected someone to explain each step and at the very least keep me informed of what was going on as I’m paying for a service. I had a total of maybe 3-4 interactions w the office all of which were initiated by me. Was never told that a survey was being done on my property nor explained what that meant, never told that we weren’t able to close on the property on time due to municipalities not being in until two days AFTER the original closing date. All in all, very poor experience due to lack of communication.
