My friend gave me his name back in 2007 and I called him and went and met with him and he did just what I wanted from an attorney, he got me what I wanted and was always available to speak with me and always very polite.

Mr. Eagen has been my personal attorney, mentor, and friend for 13 years. He is an honest man of his word and treats everyone with dignity and respect. I've had the pleasure of sitting in on his trials and know first hand his compassion for practicing law and representing his clients the best of his ability. I highly recommend hiring him to represent you in any family law, general civil, or criminal defense case in which you may be involved.

Do NOT let this man fool you. We were fooled for many months! with 1/2 & 1/2 reviews, he talked a superb talk, had an open & shut case, but come trial day, he sat there as if he had been paid off the evening prior! & lied to my family from that day forward. OH, I believe he is capable, but most certainly can NOT be trusted. Afterall, in today's world, it's all about who's offering more money! Never ever would I recommend him! Ever! He is a creep!

Mr Eagen was my attorney over four years ago and choosing him was the best decision I have ever made. I recommend him to anyone who ask about legal advice. He is a excellent attorney and now a dear friend who I hold in highest regards

DO NOT TRUST HIM!!! He totally dropped the ball in my fathers case. After receiving thousands of dollars from my poor auntie to defend my dad, he never would come to visit my dad at the jail face to face even once. Then on the date of trial he pulled a no-call no-show and the date had to be rescheduled. (he sited having a doctors appointment.) When he finally did show up a week later he DID NOT DO WHAT MY FATHER ASKED by trying to get a plea and instead opted for an open court proceeding. Welp, off to prison goes my dad for 4 years and my aunt to the poor house. He should refund her money, regardless of the outcome he could have shown some interest in my father as a client and not ignored his repeated requests to communicate up to the trial.
