We did our house legal paperwork through this firm (both sale and purchase) and they were organized and reasonably efficient with paperwork and responses. They did help us out with coordinating multiple mistakes (and therefore corrections) with our bank and we appreciated it. They are far south and not convenient to get to if you don't work / live close by. All in all a solid offering but nothing special and they are comparable to most going rates for real estate law firms.
