He does not even deserve 1 Star - does not communicate takes your money - and leaves the client hanging without representation - shows up late and unprepared - gets reprimanded by the judge infront of everyone in court - went 9 months without any communication with his client and then NOShows for court and client continues to be detained do to no legal representation that was paid for out of pocket - NOT COURT APPOINTED - DO NOT USE this attorney

I contacted Mr. Stephens from Virginia in hopes that he would be willing to represent my brother. Even though we were seven states apart, there was never an issue with communication. He is very professional and courteous. He proved to be in my brother's best interest. He wasn't overpriced and well worth the money. I would absolutely reccomend Josh Stephens.

He’s the worst, showed up late for a court appearance and did nothing after being paid the full amount for his “so called“ services, did not answer or return phone calls prior to the court date!!!!
