My grandmother worked with Josh before she passed away. They had everything planned out down to the penny. Josh was professional even with someone in my family who didn't deserve it. I would highly recommend him.

Joshua D. Hankins lacks professionalism and uses intimidation tactics rather than stating laws and sources. We have worked with attorneys from other firms that have been professional and helpful. It was a bad experience with Hankins Law asking us to sign a document and threatening to delay payment until we signed. I do not recommend this attorney.

I am 72. Years old. I have owned several Businesses over the years. I have delt with Many attorneys. I believe Josh is the best.one I have ever known. He is a good listener, ,an excellent attorney and knowledgeable In all phases of the law. I rely on him. I was referred to him by my church since I am not originally from this state.

I have used this firm several times for real estate transactions, estate planning and routine personal legal advice. Have found very knowledgeable, providing through assessment and recommendations. Professional and trustworthy service with sincere personal approach. Highly recommend.

I reached out for help with a contract issue. Mr Hankins didnt have time for me, so he referred me to Mr Stampley. I have a bill for $600 where they made a phone call, and sent two emails. I pay the bill, and ask what we are going to do to actually help this problem. 6 months goes by and my pay is still being illegally withehld. So I reach out again. Mr Hankins informs me he doesnt have time for me and I should find a new attorney. Sir I have already hired your firm. We have a relationship already, and the job wasnt completed. Mr Hankins and Mr Stampley have been non-responsive. Definitely cant recommend either of them to anyone.
