Josh Pops was personable, easy to work with and his sense of humor ameliorated the stress of the situation. Personality alone does not merit 5 stars, though.nnI chose Josh over other attorneys I met with because he gave me the clearest understanding of what he felt he could and could not accomplish. When I retained him I had a reasonable concept of his strategy and he worked as an effective team with me to accomplish what we could. He was flexible in methods of communication, scheduling and never wasted my time. To be fair, it's rare to meet someone as personable as him as well as professional.nnWhen it is necessary, I will be retaining Josh again and have already recommended him to friends.

It turns out that even if you do all the leg work and investigation and supply all the pertinent information Mr. Pops will find a way to seem burdened. I would give no stars
