Update: after calling again 4 times in the last month, asking to file a formal complaint (and never getting a response to that either) I terminated my contract. While I was in the office, another woman was there to terminate her contract with the SAME attorney, Jared Aldinger. Stay away from this law office. Do NOT come here for family law. I was initially told my "urgent case" could take anywhere between 2 weeks to 6 months. It's been over 6 months specifically because they have done nothing with my case. The attorney has spoken to me only once after the initial consultation and paying my retainer fee. I have to fight to get a response from anyone. They have had all the documents they needed from me and out of state since JULY and barely filed them with the county in OCTOBER. Nothing has been done since. My emails are ignored, my calls are ignored. I've also never received a single copy of anything they've "filed".
