If I could give them 10 stars, I would. My step father passed away unexpectedly (without a will or trust) leaving my mom after 35 years. She had no access to financials or bills and did not know how to navigate the estate process at all. While the average probate cases in California take 6-18 months mine would have been done in lest than 11 but there was a slight set back on my family’s end NOT the firms fault at all. My case will be about 13 months because I decided to go a different route on how to handle my dad’s estate. I was informed by the team every step of the way from the petitions to critical documents sent/received by the court. We first attended a living trust seminar they offered and learned so much about the process.
