Absolutely Horrible experience! Mid way through my divorce I realized he was NOT working for me but working on me by lining his pockets and I was going to walk away with nothing. When I retained another lawyer he showed up to court pretending he didn’t know in an effort to make me look bad in front of the judge and turn her against me. Jim used a $40,000 retainer to make one court appearance. He generated massive amounts of non-legal non-substantive correspondence with opposing counsel and me, billing for every minute. Stay very far away from him.
