I would strongly caution anyone considering Morici-Longo and Associates for a personal injury case. While going through the deposition process and building the case they were very friendly and engaging that led to believe the whole process would be that way, but I was incorrect. Throughout my experience once the case was built, it became evident to me that their approach prioritized convenience and quick resolution over securing the best possible outcome for me as a client. My case wasn't simple, however they were aware of the complicated details before taking it. Settlement Negotiation Failures – My attorney initially recommended settling for a significantly lower amount than what I ultimately secured by pushing back. In fact, by taking a more proactive role in negotiations, we were able to achieve 2.1x more than their initial recommendation in one area—a glaring indication that they were willing to leave money on the table rather than fight for the client’s rightful compensation. Lack of Diligence on Liens – Rather than challenging inflated medical liens, they appeared content to pay excessive amounts without much scrutiny. By taking matters into my own hands, I was able to reduce one lien payment by a staggering 6x—something I believe my legal team should have done as part of their fiduciary duty. This demonstrated to me either incompetence or a complete lack of concern for maximizing client recovery. Apathy Toward Client Interests – At every stage after depositions, they seemed more interested in wrapping things up quickly rather than advocating aggressively for my best interests. Whether it was rushing negotiations or failing to push back on lien reductions, their approach consistently leaned towards what was easiest for them rather than what was most beneficial for me. While they may have handled the basic legal process, their performance fell far short of what I believe anyone should expect from a competent personal injury attorney. If you want someone who will truly fight for you and maximize your settlement, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
Jim Morici is an incredible, highly experienced, loyal and trustworthy attorney. Definitely someone you want on your side. He was very thorough, spent ample amount of time listening to me and guided me every step of the way. 10/10 recommend him and his compassionate team. Thank you for carrying the weight and making a very stressful situation that much easier for me.
When I was injured while working as a union ironworker in 2020 I thought the pains would pass and just saw a chiropractor. Unfortunately, the piece of construction material that fell on me did more damage than I realized. When I finally got medical attention, I realized I needed Morici Longo & Associates. That was the best thing I ever did. Jim Morici, Lisa Longo and Ken Lubinski handled my lawsuit and workers compensation case and really fought for me to get the medical help and surgeries I needed. The seven figure settlement has helped me and will support me for years to come. I highly recommend these competent and compassionate lawyers.
I would like to thank Morici, Longo & Associates law firm. Attorney Kenneth Lubinski was very professional and passionate to my needs. Attorney Lubinski and his assistant Cynthia, made sure that I knew and understood everything that was going on with my case. I really appreciate what they both did to help me. I will definitely recommend this law firm to anyone that has a personal injury case. Thank you so much Attorney Lubinski.
Jim Morici is my lawyer at Morici Longo & Associates. He took on my case a couple years ago from one of those “side of the bus” lawyers. I couldn’t be happier. His firm did great on my workers compensation case and really saved be. He is pursuing a law suit against the general contractor that the other firm misses. I fell from a ladder on a bridge job and have had multiple operations. Thank God I found this firm when another Ironworker gave me their name. John
