It has been my experience that you can typically have an attorney that is short, overworked and barely answering calls or one that is heavily-focused on customer service, empathizes personally with your situation, and spends an excessive amount of time and energy, treating your case as if it was their own.  Since I began working with Lori, I have received nothing but outstanding service. I was a little worried upon our meeting as she didn't have many reviews but I took a risk and I am so glad I did!!! I was on the brink of hiring another firm (in which I had already paid a $300 consulation fee) but I did not have that connection that I desired to have with an attorney. I felt like if I called them on any given day I would be greeted with a "what's your case number" if they even answered the phone. Then I found Lori. She delivers it all.  She cares like she is family and answers any and all my questions while pushing my bankruptcy paperwork through in less than a week!! I was shocked at the detailed work she did in so little time. She is also a trustee as well and is fully aware of what trustees will look for which was super helpful in my case. She has that depth of experience that gives her an "insiders edge". One attorney I met with told me I would have to pay the trustee $2500 to keep my car. Not Lori, she said $500 tops confidently as she knew of a work around that no other attorney had mentioned previously. Her fees are extremely reasonable as well. I wrote this review as I'd wish someone would have wrote a review like this while I was "lawyer shopping" to make my decision that much easier. If you are in limbo with picking a bankruptcy attorney just give her a call. You will be glad you did, trust me!
