Great experience. Highly recommend Mr. Lusk.

I have mostly good things to say about attorney Lusk. First, he win my case and got my ssi started so that is the most important thing. He knew my case at court and went over everything with me beforehand. I was nervous because I had already been turned down twice but he said don't worry most people get denied a few times before getting there benefits. So I am happy about that of course. My only complaint is that he is hard to get ahold of sometimes, I know he is busy and in court a lot but I would have appreciated some hand holding to ease my mind. Overall I like him and and he got the job done which is all that matters to me right now.

So I have never written a review in my life, but felt this one was necessary. Mr. Lusk and his associates had my daughter's case for about a year, with not one piece of information given about her case.His paralegals wasted my time and money gathering information. Periodically when checking on Mr. Lusk progress, I would receive an email explaining a new paralegal had been assigned to my daughters case. Apparently the old one did nothing before passing on the torch, things went on this way the length of their involvement in my daughter's case. It is not that I am bitter about the outcome, as I was just sent a letter saying, no more or less, than I should find another attorney. That is fine, as I am a mother who will fight for the death for my child. What I do take issue with is his firm wasting our time. My daughter has attempted suicide twice, and the firm new this. Basically I have been living in fear, as my daughter timed off my insurance, and I had to obtain new insurance for her to allow her to obtain meds and other treatment. We were in a dire financial situation. Things should have been handled in better more humane manner, but it was not. I mean to tell us nothing after all this time, is ridiculous. This firm is like a lot of America, and businesses today, they only care about money and not people. If your family is precious to you, I would not trust them with this firm!

I Called and they were all so good to me, everything they told me to exspect was what happen, Very professional, Very polite, if I should have any problems I will go back to LOUIS B LUSK ATTY

Hired these lugnuts for a disability claim in Aug. 2018 fired these lugnuts in oct.2018 after calling everyday for a week just to get an answer to a question...no response so I let them know I didn't need the them anymore...I won my case without any lawyers at all. Social security paid lusk by mistake as he did nothing for me as I fired them...these lugnuts keep my money and won't return it... YOU DO NOT NEED A LAWYER FOR DISABILITY CLAIM...I DID IT MYSELF.. NOT COMPLICATED AT ALL AND WAS APPROVED FIRST TIME...these lugnuts are hurting for money and will steal it if they have to...no shame and will smile while they are taking it
