This law firm has been nothing but disappointing to me and my family. Unprofessional attitude from the woman answering the phones who talks incessantly without allowing anyone a word in. Excuses, excuses and more excuses is the outcome from NO returned calls in a period of over 1 year. I had a critical case involving my minor child where the child has been emotionally, physically and physiologically effected and Mark Glassman showed now urgency or pursuance on our behalf. I highly recommend you use a different Attorney even if you met with him and was initially impressed as I was. When confronted with his negligence he uses screaming tactics to try to intimidate but he unfortunately for him, that doesn't work with me. He has a big mouth with no back up. He should lose his license for statute of time he has cost my child. Shame on you Glassman!
