In my opinion, Mark Shelnutt is the sort of man that would put all of his assets into his "current"'s name, to avoid paying his child support. rnrnHe didn't have any concern as to what was going on illegally. Hindsight being 20/20, he didn't, do ANYTHING to get evidence together. rnrnAfter we finally got to court for the false restraining order that was (obviously) used to gain control of custody by my then spouse, he asked MY SPOUSE questions about my past. The spouse lied to mark. Mark turned to me, said, "you finish up here, then get to my office. If you ever lie to me again, I will not longer represent you.", then left me alone in the middle of the hearing. rnrnFor years after, the few times we did see each other in public, his eyes went straight to the floor. rnAs far as I'm concerned, you owe my family about 30k for what we had to go through for the next 19 months....

Excellent Law office. Their lawyers are up front and honest, they are not there to take your money and make a mockery of the legal system. Excellent paralegal staff produces professionally written documents and do an excellent job of working with the attorneys. Friendly and compassionate office staff. Good legal representation is expensive, you can expect a good ROI when you use this legal team.

The worst family law attorney in central florida they are wonderful at billing you and harrasing you for money that they truly do not deserve. 50/50 time sharing and i pay the state max in child support. I owe $644 and never went past the mediation and was totally embarrassed when i showed up and my ex wife told me what i was getting garnished the next pay period. Almost a year no devoirce and i paid top dollar for there service.
