Terrible customer service. Horrible communication skills. Mark Smith filled all of my documents with the wrong business name. Instead of fixing his mistake, he fired me as a client. I then had to hire a new firm to fix all of his mistakes. Just don’t hire this attorney. There’s plenty of qualified attorneys who actually work in their clients best interest. Mark Smith is the worst attorney in Houston. Avoid them!
