In my case they worked very poorly. They only recovered part of the money for the damage to my house, when my policy is very complete and having worked properly I could have recovered the money necessary to reconstruct the damage. Super messy and dishonest. Totally incoherent when it comes to giving excuses to justify their terrible work. I will not hire them again nor do I recommend them.
