Michael McGinn is a very professional attorney that did not let me down. He is a man of his word and handled my case in a very short time. However, his paralegal rubbed me the wrong way. I would still recommend his services for anyone looking for a speedy divorce.

I hired mr. mcginn roughly 2.5 yrs ago now 3 weeks ago he did win my case not sure what to say about his expertise because the other party never showed to court. But I will say he and his paralegal aren't in a rush to get done not very aggressive next to no communication we won my case and three weeks later still waiting on paper work stating so the whole time hes been hired I very rarely hear from the team basically only if they needed something from me so they tend to keep you in the loop. but other then he and his paralegal having low communication and not working aggressively regardless as to how much you express its need, I did win but still a waiting game... I hope I don't need an attorney again but if so Ill shop somewhere else for someone not milking it so to speak.

I would never use this law firm again or refer anyone to it.Very poor communication skills you will have to wait a week for a response back, and hardly any phone calls he used emails to talk. My case never stood a chance with this law firm a big waste of time and money.
