He nothing but a stuck lawyer. He is trying to get involved in a criminal case he's a house in lawyer not a criminal defense lawyer. He is feeding people the wrong information. Who also break confidentiality laws just to get back at people

Represented me trying to evict a tenant that was 6 months past due. I was willing to forgive the 5k debt to get him to move out, which he would have agreed to. Michael insisted that I don't agree to that, against my wishes, even though that's what I wanted, to get the tenant out and get someone in there who would pay and save my house. Michael insisted that I had to get money from this tenant. As the months went on the covid eviction ban was extended and tenant continued to hide behind Covid and racked up over 11k in back rent. This terrible legal advice ended up costing me an additional $6,000 in losses and I was forced to sell my house. He did get a judgement for me, but when I called to ask him how I could act on it and how to get this tenant out finally, he told me that I probably have a 2% chance of collecting on it and to give the tenant that owed me a year of rent cash for keys. Eventually I had to sell my home and lost over 10k in the sale. Also didn't bother to even have the decency to call me back when I called to tell him I got the tenant out without having to give cash for keys. All this could have been avoided if he didn't go against my wishes and just forgive the 5K and get the guy out! Now I'm out over $11,000 and have a "judgement"- a piece of paper that's basically worthless.

This lawyer is top notch for getting your back rent owed possession of your property back plus everything in between Lisa has all the knowledge you need hire them and all your problems go away all the paperwork questions and headaches instantly go away thanks again mr crane as well as all your staff especially Lisa I would definitely hire this firm for any landlord problems I ever come across again

Terrible place to deal with...they were supposed to call me back on something extremely important and after trying them multiple times and getting ignored, it ended up costing me big time. Extremely rude and brash to deal with as well. AVOID AT ALL COST!!
