Maybe was a good lawyer once upon a time but now he’s just taking cases & of course your money up front. Once he gets paid nobody cares. They had no info about my dads case after taking his case from the beginning. How can represent your client in court for the 3rd time but not even know his immigrant status or previous criminal history if any. Basically painted a fairytale for my dad took his money on the same date of consultation & even forgot about him. Also his staff is very rude especially on the phone.

Not Guilty!!!!! Not Guilty.!!!!! They tried to frame me but they lost. No matter my doubts or concerns during my first criminal case and our journey together when time came for the Trial he was more than ready. I never seen a better killer Attorney like Mike Policastro in a court room. They fear him as they should cause he wins. The Jury loved his swag and down to earth appeal. One man against the Somerset Superior Court Judge, and two Middlesex County Prosecutors for the State of New Jersey, and he still beat them all on my behalf even with all the lies that were told he had my back and history was made. This is in behalf of Andrews Puello Valdez. This was the worse experience ever. Since the moment He took the case, he never contacted any of his relatives concerning the case, plan to fight it in court or how it was gonna be done. In the first 7 months in jail he never called o informed any kind of information, don't even the basic one. Giving him fake hopes about he would come out in 3 weeks first, after that he'd come out in year y telling him he wouldn't have any immigration status impact. Following his professional suggestion he signed up the charges when just one would be enough for removing him from USA. NOW HE'S FACING DEPORTATION. After being sentenced to 10 years. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER EVER.
