"Mickey" Restrepo is honest and straightforward, and a true gentleman (a rare breed these days). He was respectful, explained everything in a pleasant down to earth manner, and was meticulous in doing everything "just right". His integrity is beyond question. He was a breath of fresh air after my false start with another liability lawyer who was arrogant and condescending. My settlement for a broken hip emergency surgery was not what it should have been considering the clear negligence of a badly kept public venue and their ignoring of my injury. However, it was the best we could get fighting with the corporate owner of Sovereign PAC---a huge national corporation that keeps a staff of Philadelphia lawyers.(They likely need them if the sloppiness of all their venues is like our local one.!) For that reason Mickey advised against a trial as it was more risky outside of Berks Co. Thus I had to agree on a somewhat disappointing settlement and "move on". In my opinion no amount of money ever really compensates for the permanent compromise of my body's integrity. Mickey Restrepo is an attorney I can count as "friend", along with his very pleasant secretary.
