Totally unprofessional and scam. I hired this firm almost 2 months in advanced of my trial. The opposing party hire a lawyer less than a week before the trial. And guess what the opposing party won. With this difference in time and the years of experience of this firm the least I was expecting is winning. This firm is not sincere at front. After they got all the facts they said to me they didn't know if I could have won the case. They said it all depends on the judge's mood that day. Really? Everything I communicated to the Paralegal was also communicated to the senior Paralegal. Therefore I was charge for boths (and obviously the senior Paralegal had higher fees). Also one day before my trial they asked me if I wanted to be represented by Warmbrodt or an associate. Warmbrodt 's fees were higher. I thought Warmbrodt, because of he had more experience, was a good choice. Then the day of the trial Warmbrodt sent another lawyer because he had another case. This lawyer was not even the one I was working since the beginning. At end I had to deal with 3 lawyers in this firm. And when I fired them they didn't give me anything back from my retainer. Coincidentally everything left on it was used to close my case. I wished I had read the reviews before. But when you are on a desperate situation that involves your kids you don't think clear.

Not the most cost effective option. But, when in the face of treachery…this is the lion you want to unleash. Very creative and persistent. In the end, worth every penny.

Everyone at Warmbrodt & Associates were very helpful and professional. I greatly appreciate all the hard work that everyone did for my daughter and I. I highly recommend this firm!

SCAM! Great on 'pay as go you' but once retainer paid, I heard nothing. Extorted/stole my money and did nothing, to take the easy way out. Amanda Martinez was completely unprofessional, continuously says she is offended, putting words in my mouth, wrote lengthy and unnecessary notes to me about this, and hinted that I do not care about my kids. Never did one thing I had asked for, in fact, after retainer was paid, I did not hear from them for quite some time, she was unaware of my needs and goals, yet racked up charges of "strategy meetings" I was unaware of. She did no work, only wrote her misinterpretation of the judge's orders per transcripts, never researching for the correct answers. All to learn, in the end, when she wrote that her goal was not the same as mine, that she was not going to recognize the situation that my kids are in, essentially calling me a liar and siding with the other side. If she was not going to represent my needs, this should have been communicated before several thousands of dollars were given. I am glad I have recorded her phone call, for she flew off the handle yet again for an email I did not send. I hope she finally accepts responsibility for her actions, for she cannot represent anyone if she does not listen to the client. This affects my kids, and she is soulless about this. I will be doing what it takes to ensure justice is served.

Unfortunately my experience was this firm tried to negotiate more with me than the other attorney. They took the easy route and avoided the real work. Fees added up and they were more concerned about payment than the urgent items at hand. I realized my case and it’s outcome was not their primary concern. Then to top it off the unprofessional communications I received from their team of paralegals was just plain rude. However the last straw was when My attorney decided just to rant and yell at me. In my opinion this firm should be put in time out, as they are childish and thoroughly unprofessional!
