I entrusted Mike with a legal matter I was facing. Together we worked often on weekends to create a defensive strategy that we could both be happy with it. While his style may sometimes be a bit unorthodox, he often surprised me. I was thrilled with a verdict of Not Guilty and I have him to thank for that.

If you want to win your case DO NOT hire this attorney, he does not even know the law, he only thinks he is right at any cost. After we lost confidence in Mr. Rodgers ability to defend my husband's case and fired him. He 'BET' me that if I was correct about the law he would refund the money we laid out for him representing my husband's case and I agreed that is he was right I would pay the small amount that we had due. This betting idea was all HIS idea not mine! I met his requirement that the decision maker had to be a disinterested 3rd party and posed the legal question to a well-known law review site. In a matter of a couple of hours, it was proven that he was wrong, by his own peers! That was October 10, 2015! He has not paid me back one red cent! I was really hoping against hope that when my husband passed away in January that Mr. Rodgers would finally do the right thing and return the money that is rightfully ours, I informed him of the untimely death and he did NOTHING, no money nothing. It really amazes me that HE made this bet and he has yet to pay up. The thread still exists I saw it today, still says he is wrong, still no refund! Where I grew up a bet was a bet. Had I lost I would have made good on this bet! I do not know about you, but I want a lawyer who KNOWS THE LAW, not a client that brings the law to the attorney's attention! He has one job that is LAW! I guess what bothers me more than anything, other than my husband's untimely death is the fact that people like Mr. Rodgers always take advantage of the people. He didn't do the work, but he got the money. He made the bet, he refuses to pay up. To add injury to insult, I posted a review just like this one, to warn others of his practices, or lack thereof and he had the audacity to dispute it. Not only do I have a paper trail that proves every word of this, I also have audio of it as well. I submitted all of this proof to the other site and even though he contested that review, it will not be taken down. This has prompted me to make sure that others know just exactly how he operates. Mr. Rodgers is a sorry excuse for a human being and an attorney. He took our money and provided absolutely nothing in return. We had to hire another attorney who actually understood the law on our matter (at ONE HALF the costs - 100 X Better representations!) Mr. Rodgers refused to refund any of the money that was paid on this case. I just want others to be aware of Mr. Rodgers abilities, or lack thereof, please be warned that he is not an honest man and will take your money at any cost. If you do hire him, make sure you research your own law, because he doesn't.
