I first met Nancy a couple of years ago. I read her reviews and immediately I knew I wanted her to be the one to represent me and my daughters. Nancy went above and beyond, keeping me updated through the whole process. She kept me at peace the whole time. She is very diligent, professional, and well organized. I retained Ms. Boler to represent me in my divorce case. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable of the family law, always kept me in the loop of what was going on. She was very prompt in getting back with me when I needed to reach her with questions or clarification. I wish all attorneys were like Ms. Boler. First, I have to say I don’t leave reviews often and when I do it’s usually to complain about bad service I received. Professionalism and quality service is important to me. However, I can’t say enough great things about this attorney! I called Nancy for representation and got her voicemail. Of course, I expected to hear back (if at all) in a few days. However, she called me right back, even though she was out sick! She took time to talk even with her raspy voice (which sounded like it hurt). That impressed me. She returned my call even when under the weather? Next, she gave me her complete attention, listened to my concerns and gave great information. She was quite thorough and we spoke for a good while. I felt I could make more informed decisions from our conversation. Although, it was determined she couldn’t represent me as I needed someone licensed in another state, she STILL answered my questions AND gave a referral to another attorney (outside her firm) who is dually licensed and could probably help represent me in the state I needed. Who does that??? Most lawyers would say “oh can’t make money off ya, end of conversation” however she was not like that at all!!! She really cares!!! That is rare these days. I WISH SHE COULD BE MY LAWYER!!! If you are looking for someone who treats you with respect, is concerned about your case whether she represents you or not, and genuinely wants to help? Nancy is the one! In my opinion, I would be leery about choosing an attorney with 100+ reviews (probably mostly fake) and go with the attorney who will definitely make you a priority!
