These people are truly great. They have always been so helpful to me. Every time I have called, they have called me back right away and have even gone to great lengths to get information for me. Always very friendly and helpful in all my interactions with them. You can tell they love their job!

I was the only customer in a large dimly lit waiting room. Two people sit in cubicles behind the service desk. The woman who waited on me said they couldn’t help with my legal concerns, and when I asked her if the Top Lawyer Issue of the Inland Empire magazines I saw laying around had any information that might be useful to a person taking a paralegal course, another woman yelled “no” from behind her cubicle.

The lady that helps you has tetrible customer service. If that place wants customers they need to get rid of her. She either must hate her job or is just a sour person. I do not recommend this place at all and if i could rate it with negative points i would.

Rudest person answering the phone EVER!!! I called for an inquiry and will not bother with this company thanks to the miserable secretary. Get a new job working at a fastfood restaurant if you cant even be professional.

Very nice people. They answered my questions when my own country would not even speak to me. They also explained that technically I would need to work with my own county.
