Ms Colligan had represented me on a criminal matter, she did not show me my full discovery. if I did not accept the deal they were offering, I spent over a year in different facilities. so I then asked to file a motion to withdraw my plea which she refused and said I could only appeal, which is not true, It has been the worst experience of my life. I am still fighting the case today. Ms Colligan also worked out a deal with a judge for me to come and plead guilty to a municipal offense in a superior court to avoid me from exposing how my rights were violated. I do not recommend this attorney.

Definitely don’t recommend. I really wished I applied for a different public defender. When it comes to criminal matters she is not the women to call. I am currently pregnant and had my hands tied with PTI or pleading guilty. I was unable to do PTI so I had to plead guilty. This is from an incident where a man followed me home, spit at me and launched at me, but I was charged. This system is corrupt and so is the lawyer. I just ruined my whole life for protecting myself. I am no longer allowed to go to medical school. I can’t get a job and if I try to apply to one I get laughed at. I have lost all respect for the criminal justice system. This is why people protest.

I used her legal services to remove an eviction stay when my tenant filed a bankruptcy petition. Ms. Colligan did an excellent job.
